Vancouver Ready Mix has a couple of exciting concrete projects in mid-build this spring, in partnership with local Isle of Mann developer. This unique commercial and luxury residential development provides a complete neighborhood beside the Nicomekl River with spectacular mountain views.
Morgan Creek Development – multi sized freestanding buildings on offer
The first phase by Isle of Mann developer is Morgan Creek’s Corporate Centre, located on Croyden Drive in South Surrey, which is easily accessible from Highway #99 as well as other main roads. One unique draw of this project is the fact that the office buildings are being offered in a variety of sizes and spaces, including smaller (as small as 4301 square feet) professional buildings for purchase, a rarity for investors. This project is still in phase one.
Isle of Mann’s Crescendo condos and townhouses, bordered by golf courses and riverbanks
Isle of Mann’s Crescendo in South Surrey, B.C. is another project midway through development that Vancouver Ready Mix is proud to be involved in. Located on one of the last remaining undeveloped properties beside the Nicomekl River, the project is extensive, boasting 73 condos, and 64 townhomes. The condos, which are nearing completion, are housed in two four-floor buildings on Winter Crescent and King George Highway in Surrey, minutes away from Crescent Beach, Morgan Crossing, and top schools. That ready-mix concrete pour is already wrapping up, with the townhouses next on the list.
